Rental Disclaimers

Hawaiian Island Scooters

1. Hawaiian Island Scooters does not warranty ANY bikes outside of Kailua Kona.

2. If you take a Moped/Motorcycle outside of Kailua Kona and it breaks down you are responsible for ALL damages to the Bike and a $55 per hour service fee, for us to come pick up the bike.

3. If a bike breaks in Kailua-Kona you will not have to pay the service Charge for the pickup, but still could he held responsible for the damages.

4. There will be no refund for bikes that are returned early.

5. Hawaiian Island Scooters is not responsible for any Tickets, Impounds, or any other expenses caused to the Bike during your time of rental.

6. Hawaiian Island Scooters is not responsible for ANY damage caused during your rental.

7. Hawaiian Island Scooters is not responsible for ANY injuries that occur during your rental.

8. Hawaiian Island Scooters is not responsible for ANY loss of personal belongings during your rental.
